The paint can be applied to previously unpainted surfaces or surfaces painted with water-dispersion paints, gypsum, cement, lime, cement-lime plasters; gypsum, polymer and cement putties; mineral and acrylic decorative plasters; sheet gypsum-, cement-, wood-containing materials; concrete, reinforced concrete, brickwork, as well as on wallpaper for painting and glass fiber wallpaper.

Permitted for use in buildings and structures:

• Type A — residential buildings and dormitories; buildings and premises of organizations for the upbringing and education, recreation and health improvement of children and youth; healthcare organizations; homes for the disabled and the elderly; sanatoriums; rest homes; indoor sports facilities; office premises with permanent human presence in administrative buildings at industrial enterprises and other Type B and C facilities;
• Type B — food industry, trade, and public catering enterprises; hotels; non-food stores; communication enterprises; consumer service enterprises; cultural and entertainment facilities and other objects; administrative buildings;
• Type C — industrial enterprises, auxiliary and utility rooms and structures; warehouses; garages.

The paint is ready to use. It is easy to apply, dries quickly, and has no pungent odor. After drying, it forms a smooth matte surface. It possesses good decorative properties, hiding power, and strong adhesion to the painted surface. It withstands wet cleaning.

The paint is produced in two bases, A and C, and can be tinted using computer (machine) methods into RAL, NCS, and other color catalogs.

Base A is intended for tinting into light and pastel shades; it can also be used as a white paint. It is permissible to add up to 5% tinting pastes by weight of the paint.

Base C is used only in tinted form and is intended for tinting into saturated shades; it is permissible to add up to 10% tinting pastes by weight of the paint. When painting in bright colors using Base C, it is recommended to first apply a layer of Base A paint tinted to a similar shade. Manual tinting using water-based tinting pastes is possible.

The organization performing the tinting is responsible for the tinting result.
Depending on the application conditions and the texture of the surface being painted, actual color shades may differ slightly from those presented in the color catalog.

Before application, it is necessary to perform a test application and check the dried coating for color compliance.

To avoid differences in shade, it is recommended to use product from the same production batch on one visual plane (the batch number is indicated on each package) or pre-mix materials from different batches in a 1:1 ratio; the application technology must remain unchanged.

Surface preparation:

Base preparation should be carried out in accordance with SP 71.13330.2017.

1. Clean the base from dust and dirt. Remove unstable layers of old paint and whitewash from previously painted surfaces.
2. Hard and firmly adhering glossy surfaces should be sanded to a matte state, and sanding dust must be removed.
3. Level out irregularities, depressions, cracks, and chips with Bergauf UNI PASTA water-dispersion putty, then sand.
4. Surfaces previously covered with chalk or lime paints must be thoroughly cleaned until completely removed. Intensively absorbing surfaces should be pre-primed to increase coating reliability and reduce paint consumption.
5. It is recommended to use Techno Primer as well as putties.

Application procedure:

• The surface to be painted must be dry and clean, the substrate temperature for the work must be at least +5°C, the room temperature during paint application must be between +5°C and +35°C, and the relative air humidity must be below 80%.
• The paint should not be mixed with organic solvents.
• It is recommended to use paint from the same production batch to avoid color variation in the finish layer.

Stir the paint thoroughly. It is necessary to stir with a wide and flat slat or a construction mixer at low speeds, carefully, avoiding the formation of air bubbles, for 1-3 minutes. It is not recommended to mix the material by shaking the closed can. After transportation and/or active stirring, if air bubbles appear, the paint needs to settle until they disappear.
Apply paint to a prepared dry clean surface with a brush, roller, or spray gun. For rough surfaces such as textured plasters, brick, concrete blocks, and relief ceilings, it is recommended to use rollers with a pile length of 12-25 mm. For coarse surfaces such as putties, plasters, concrete, fiberglass, and painting non-woven wallpaper — with a pile length of 8-12 mm. For smooth surfaces such as drywall, MDF, chipboard, architectural decor elements (architraves, moldings, ceiling cornices) — with a pile length of up to 6 mm. The paint is ready for use; for application by brush or roller, it can be diluted with water by no more than 5% if necessary.

For airless spraying, dilution with water by 5-10% is allowed, nozzle 0.013-0.015″, pressure 180-190 bar. The spray angle is chosen based on the area and geometric features of the surface being painted. To obtain a rich color and improve the appearance of the surface, it is necessary to apply two coats of paint. During work, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and high humidity conditions.

After completing the work, wash hands and tools thoroughly with warm water.

Store and transport in tightly closed containers at a temperature of at least +5°C and no more than +35°C.
Five-fold freezing is allowed for a total duration of no more than 2 weeks at a temperature not lower than -40°C.
The product bucket should be protected from excessive heating and storage under direct sunlight should be avoided.
Subject to storage conditions, the guaranteed shelf life in closed original packaging is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Product separation may occur during storage, which is easily eliminated by stirring.
Keep partially used product in a tightly closed container and use as quickly as possible.
The product is fire and explosion-proof and does not contain flammable components.
