Substrate preparationSubstrate preparation should be carried out in accordance with SP 71.13330.2017. The surface must be strong, clean, and dry. Before priming, it is necessary to remove peeling elements, chalk and lime whitewash, dust, and other contaminants from the surface.
If necessary, level surface irregularities with Bergauf putty, then sand the dried surface.
Application procedureThe surface to be treated must be dry and clean, air and substrate temperature during application from +5°C to +35°C, relative air humidity below 80%.
Mix until smooth before use, do not dilute.
Apply to the prepared dry clean surface with a roller, brush, or sprayer (
nozzle 0.011−0.015″, pressure no more than 150−170 bar).
Highly absorbent surfaces are recommended to be primed twice.
Painting of the primed coating is recommended no earlier than after 2−3 hours,
provided the temperature regime is from +5°C and relative air humidity is no more than 80%.
Safety precautionsWork should be performed using personal protective equipment for hands, eyes, and respiratory tract. Use in well-ventilated areas. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. In case of contact with skin, wash with soap and water.
