The surface to be treated must be dry, thoroughly cleaned of dirt, wax, grease, resin and old paint coatings. Surfaces previously covered with other compositions must be cleaned of old peeling material, sanded and dusted. Areas affected by blue stain and mold must first be cleaned mechanically and treated with an antiseptic agent for wood.
Pre-treat the surface to be painted with Bergauf WoodTechno Aquaprim primer, soak the ends until saturated.
WORK PROCEDURE
Before use, the glaze must be thoroughly mixed. It is also recommended to periodically stir the product during work. Wood moisture content should not exceed 20%.
The surface to be treated must be dry and clean, the air and substrate temperature for performing work from +5°C, with relative air humidity no more than 80%.
The composition is applied liberally with a brush, roller or sprayer along the wood fibers over the entire length of the material being treated. It is necessary to very carefully treat the ends of the surface being painted. Apply in 1−2 coats for indoor application, in 2−3 coats for outdoor application.
The color intensity of the coating depends on the type of wood, the quality of surface treatment and the number of coats applied. To determine the required color intensity, make a test painting on the surface to be painted.
It is recommended to use a product from the same production batch. In case of using different batches, the product must be mixed in one container.
It is prohibited to carry out painting work during rain, fog or drizzle.

Store and transport in tightly closed containers at a temperature of at least +5° and no more than +35°C. Five-fold freezing is allowed for a total duration of no more than 2 weeks at a temperature not lower than -40°C. Protect the container with the product from excessive heating and avoid storage under direct sunlight. Subject to the conditions, the guaranteed shelf life in closed factory packaging is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
The product is fire and explosion safe, does not contain flammable components.
