**At t (+20±2) °C and relative air humidity not exceeding (65±5) %. When the temperature decreases or humidity increases, the drying time may increase. At air temperatures below +15°C or relative air humidity above 65%, apply the next coat no earlier than after 24 hours.
Purpose and scope of application
Designed for decorative finishing and protection of wooden facades, walls, doors, windows, beams, railings, fences, and gazebos.
Types of surfaces for application: solid, profiled and glued timber, rounded logs, clapboard, block house and other surfaces made of sawn, planed and solid wood.
For outdoor and indoor use.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The surface to be treated must be dry, thoroughly cleaned of dirt, wax, grease, resin, and old paint coatings. Surfaces previously covered with other compositions must be cleared of old peeling material, sanded, and dusted. Areas affected by blue stain and mold should be pre-cleaned mechanically and treated with a wood antiseptic agent.
Pre-treat the surface to be painted with Bergauf WoodTechno Aquaprim primer; saturate the end grains thoroughly.
WORK PROCEDURE
Stir the azure thoroughly before use. It is also recommended to periodically stir the product during application. Wood moisture content should not exceed 20%.
The surface to be treated must be dry and clean; the air and substrate temperature for performing work must be from +5°C, with a relative air humidity of no more than 80%.
The composition is applied liberally with a brush, roller, or sprayer along the wood grain across the entire length of the material being treated. It is necessary to treat the ends of the painted surface very thoroughly. Apply in 1–2 layers for indoor application, and in 2–3 layers for outdoor application.
The color intensity of the coating depends on the type of wood, the quality of surface treatment, and the number of layers applied. To determine the required color intensity, perform a test application on the surface to be painted.
It is recommended to use a product from the same production batch. If different batches are used, the product must be mixed in a single container.
It is forbidden to carry out painting work during rain, fog, or drizzle.
After finishing work, clean the tools with water.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Work should be performed using personal protective equipment for hands, eyes, and respiratory tract. Use in well-ventilated areas. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. If necessary, consult a doctor. In case of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. Keep out of reach of children!
