Purpose and properties
High-quality, based on the most modern solutions, ready-to-use plaster for use in facade thermal insulation systems based on mineral wool and expanded polystyrene, as well as for interior finishing in dry and wet rooms in buildings and structures of types A, B, C.
The innovative composition forms a coating with high strength, a self-cleaning effect, and the best ratio of high vapor permeability and low water absorption. Reinforcing microfibers provide the coating with additional strength, elasticity, and resistance to shrinkage.

Technical features
The hybrid nature of the material ensures excellent adhesion and the formation of strong bonds both with the substrate and within the coating itself; vertical bonds contribute to the formation of micro-tunnels for vapor release. The coating is resistant to mold and fungi. It can be tinted in pastel and saturated colors.
The plastic, easy-to-work-with consistency allows for quick and easy application of the plaster to the surface and formation of the desired texture.

Tinting
Decorative plaster is produced in the form of a base and can be tinted by computer (machine) method into RAL, NCS, and other color catalogs. Manual tinting is possible using water-based tinting pastes with high light and weather resistance. It is recommended to introduce no more than 5% of colorant, as its overdose negatively affects the strength and processability of the coating application.

Responsibility for the tinting result lies with the organization performing the tinting.

Color rendering features
Depending on the application conditions, as well as the texture of the surface being painted, real color shades may slightly differ from those presented in the color catalog. Before use, it is necessary to perform a trial application and check the dried coating for color matching.

To avoid differences in shade, it is recommended to use a product from one production batch on one visual plane (the batch number is indicated on each package) or pre-mix materials from different batches in a 1:1 ratio; the application technology must remain unchanged.

Color recommendations
It is recommended to use BERGAUF FACADE GRUNT primer in a color close to the color of the plaster used.
The use of intense or dark colored materials with a reflection coefficient of less than 25% on facades should be limited to small surfaces occupying no more than 10% of the facade, for example, individual architectural details.

Application technology
Work should be performed according to SP 293.1325800.2017.
Before application, the plaster must be thoroughly mixed, as product separation is possible during storage. Dilution of the plaster with water in an amount of no more than 5% of the material weight is allowed.
Apply the plaster with a stainless steel trowel at an angle of 60° to the surface; the layer thickness should correspond to the grain size of the plaster. After some time, when the mixture stops sticking to the tool, you can proceed to forming the texture with a plastic trowel. The plastic trowel should be held parallel to the surface and the texture formed with light movements, without pressure.

Methods of texture formation:
The "lamb" (barashek) texture is formed by circular movements. The "horizontal bark beetle" (koroed) texture is formed by left-right movements. The "vertical bark beetle" (rain) texture is formed by up-down movements. The "cross bark beetle" texture is formed in 2 stages: first, movements are made diagonally from the top right to the bottom left, resulting in long and short lines, then the pattern is applied crosswise from the top left to the bottom right.

Work execution features
If it is necessary to stop work, masking tape is applied along the boundary of the plaster layer, which must be removed before the plaster hardens. To obtain a uniform texture, a sufficient number of workers should be ensured at each scaffolding level, and the connection of sections between adjacent levels should be performed using the "wet-on-wet" method.
At an ambient temperature below +20°C and relative air humidity above 60%, the decorative plaster should be protected from direct sunlight, wind, and rain for the first 3 days after application. It is recommended under such conditions to cover the scaffolding with a special mesh or film and install water drains on the building. Do not allow freezing or drying out.
Interior finishing should be performed only in well-ventilated rooms, and after completion of work, air circulation should be maintained until the coating is completely dry.

Subsequent work
The surface of the decorative plaster can be painted with acrylic, silicone, or silicate paints. Painting is carried out no earlier than after 3−5 days, depending on environmental conditions.
Clean tools with water immediately after work. If the tools were not cleaned immediately, they can then only be cleaned mechanically.

Limitations
It is forbidden to work during precipitation, fog, as well as on wet surfaces after rain and at temperatures below +5 and above +30 °C.

Storage and Transportation Conditions
Store and transport in tightly closed containers at temperatures of at least +5° and no more than +30°C. Five-fold freezing is allowed for a total duration of no more than 3 weeks at temperatures not lower than -20°C.

The bucket with the product should be protected from excessive heating and storage under direct sunlight should be avoided. Subject to the conditions, the guaranteed shelf life in closed factory packaging is 24 months from the date of manufacture.

Safety
The product is fire and explosion safe, does not contain flammable components.
