Available in white; if necessary, it can be tinted to the color of the subsequent coating. Tinting is performed using water-based pigment pastes; it is permitted to add no more than 5% tinting paste by weight of the material to the primer. The organization performing the tinting is responsible for the result. Before application, a trial application must be performed and the dried coating checked for color matching. To avoid color variation, it is recommended to use product from the same production batch on one surface (batch No. is indicated on each package) or pre-mix materials from different batches in a 1:1 ratio; the application technology must remain unchanged. Depending on the application conditions and the texture of the surface being painted, actual color shades may differ slightly from the reference samples.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The substrate must meet the requirements of SP 293.1325800.2017, be dry, durable, and free from dust, dirt, peeling old coatings, and oil stains — everything that could impair adhesion to the substrate.


APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Thoroughly mix the contents of the bucket before starting work. Apply the primer, without diluting, with a brush in one pass in a thin, even layer. The primer dries in approximately 3 hours. Subsequent coatings should be applied only after the previous primer layer has completely dried.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The primer is fire and explosion-safe and non-toxic. Use gloves when working. Wash tools with water after use.

The primer must be stored in the manufacturer's hermetically sealed packaging, in a covered warehouse, to exclude direct sunlight at temperatures from +5 to +30℃.  Up to 5 freeze-thaw cycles are permitted for a total duration of no more than 2 weeks at temperatures not lower than minus 40 °C.
Shelf life is 12 months.
